The Best Restaurants In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
"Whether served on the covered patio or delivered curbside, Ludivine chef-owner Russ Johnson’s menu is always driven by the seasons. Daytime diners can drop by for a steak sandwich, wagyu burger, or a three-course light lunch that includes soup, salad, and house-made pasta. The dinner menu, meanwhile, might include such appetizers as bone marrow and foie gras, followed by entrees like smoked duck leg and braised lamb shank."
"Sushi Neko became one of the city’s hottest spots in the late 1990s by staying a step ahead, as with its serendipitous decision in 2018 to install a sidewalk dining space, where overhead heaters and unique masonry booths offer protection in the colder months. Legendary for fresh sashimi (especially the yellowtail special) and specialty rolls, Sushi Neko has barely broken stride. Check out hidden gems like the rolled rib-eye negi maki."
"Over in Edgemere Heights, check out Sushi Neko, which has earned four stars out of 310 reviews on Yelp. You can find the Japanese restaurant and sushi spot, which offers seafood and more, at 4318 N."
"Sleek eatery with tatami tables and a patio serving elevated Japanese fare and wine. Open for lunch and dinnerDress code: CasualPhone: +1 405-528-8862"
"30 years as standard-bearer for local culinary standards weren’t lost when the Coach House closed in this space in February — instead, these years make up the rich backstory for a new restaurant in the storied space. Executive chef David Henry remains in the kitchen, but now rather than old-school fine dining staples, he's making room on the menu for barbecue ribs, braised beef cheek, and a variation on the orange dreamsicle. The vibe at the Hutch is fun and relaxed, but with no less sophistication than Coach House."
"It's always a wonderful experience both with good quality food and excellent service. It's like you're family when you eat..."
"The Mantel is yet another outstanding option in the Bricktown area. Many locals are fans of its quiet, elegant atmosphere (perfect for that special dinner out) and the fairly extensive menu, which includes seafood, steak, pasta, and more. This place probably doesn't get the publicity it deserves, compared to Mickey Mantle's for example, but you absolutely won't regret a visit while you're in Bricktown."
"Fine seafood and chops in a low-lit bistro with a clubby decor, including leather banquet seats. Open for lunch and dinnerDress code: Casual"
"The pre dinner cocktail was fun, and although the restaurant was full, we did. It feel crowded and we felt like we had plenty of privacy…"
"I’m cheating on this one as it’s in Edmond, not Oklahoma City and I haven’t actually been there. But it was voted on by my fellow contributors, so it makes the list!. After perusing the website though, I cannot wait to go try their scallops, which is one of my favorite dishes, though near impossible to find in Oklahoma…The side list is impressive and I can’t wait to make a trip to Edmond to try this place out."
"A photo posted by thefleuriste (@thefleuriste) on Feb 17, 2014 at 7:12pm PST. It used to be that when we wanted to party like an Oklahoma oil baron, OKC residents would go to the 70s/80s oil exec hot spot Junior’s. However, for those of us that don’t subscribe to the “Drill, Baby, Drill” mindset, Michael’s Grill is slowly taking its place as the rightful owner of the title of best steak in OKC."
"Packard's New American Kitchen offers a well-rounded brunch experience by taking an innovative spin on classic American breakfast fare. Previously located in the original 1920’s Packard Automobile showroom, the restaurant features brunch cocktails and mimosa carafes along with an eclectic food menu. Also, head up to their rooftop for a fantastic view of Oklahoma City."
"An Open Table winner of Diner’s Choice, Packard’s New American Kitchen takes home the prize for one of the freshest menus in all of OC. Here, the a la carte changes a few times a year based on what ingredients are in season. For brunch, guests can select from an exotic crab cake meal or sour dough pancakes, or any other of the creative staples going."
"Located in the historic building of the same name one block off of Automobile Alley, Packard's features chef-driven American food. Executive Chef Chris McKenna oversees four menus: lunch, midday, dinner and brunch. Saturday and Sunday brunch are two of the most popular services in Oklahoma City."
"Always such good food whenever we go there love the bbq especially the smoked chicken and the service is always fast and friendly"
"The Pump is like the new kid in school who listens to Bowie records and knows all the lines to Barbarella, which in essence means that this quaint little converted gas station is a quietly cool hangout. Cult classics play on TV screens (including Barbarella), its playlists would make your pothead uncle proud (thanks to Bowie), and the patio might be bigger than the bar itself. When the place opened back in the dead of winter, the first thing I said when I walked outside was, “I can’t wait for patiotime.” Well, it’s patiotime now, and The Pump’s porch is as conducive to fun as I’d imagined that night."
"Explore the area by foot after dinner and stumble upon The Pump outdoor bar and patio (recommended by our friend and local @allysoninwonderland)"
"Waffle Champion is an OKC local favorite because their deconstructed waffle sandwiches leave nothing to be desired. For the perfect start or end to your day, stop by the walk-up waffle window on the weekends for late-night eats. All you need is love and waffles!"
"The chicken and waffles was a different take with the added greens to it. But was good nonetheless. The way it is presented is wonderful take on somethin..."
"The Pritchard opened in the Plaza District in the fall, filling a need for upscale, full-service dining in the entertainment district. Chef Shelby Sieg built her reputation on world-class pastry skills, but is showing her savory side with a menu dominated by dishes that work as tapas, entrees, and sides. Wine is the star beverage here, and it's served by the glass, bottle, and on tap from an extensive list that changes with the seasons and availability, offering the promise of discovery with each return trip."
"If there is one truth that is too often unrecognized, it’s that life does not provide enough opportunities to eat chimichurri. At The Pritchard, the green goodness comes standard on The Buckle, a plate of crispy fingerlings, skirt steak and scrambled eggs. The Buckle is Argentina-meets-Oklahoma on a plate, and just plan on asking for extra chimichurri."
"The Pritchard Wine Bar is another great spot to check out in the Plaza District. It has an extensive wine list in addition to tempting cocktails and a variety of tantalizing small plates."
"When your brood is craving the bold flavors of Mexico, check out Cultivar Kitchen on North Broadway Avenue. If you’ve ever dined out with little ones, you know it’s hard to get them to try anything. Your finicky eaters will gobble up the grub at this non-traditional Mexican restaurant."
"Modern takes on Mexican cuisine came early and often this past year. The first to open was the fast-casual Cultivar in Automobile Alley. Chef Josh Valentine grinds heirloom corn to make tortillas and builds seasonal tacos on them."
