Winter Park Shops
"Popped into my favourite mega supermarket, Target (brilliant for kids clothes) and then spent a few hours at the slick Mall of Millenia, a huge shopping centre with everything from high street shops (Abercrombie and Fitch, Victoria’s Secret and Gap) to high end retailers like Jimmy Choo and Gucci. 2pm: LUNCH: We ate at my favourite US restaurant chain, P.F.Chang’s which is attached to the mall and has delicious Chinese small plates. Excitingly, we have just got a P.F.Chang’s in London, but when I am in Orlando I always make it my mission to go at least once."
"This stunning and elegant mall features towering glass ceilings, bright atriums and one-of-a-kind art décor that makes this mall worth visiting even if you are just window shopping. This unique design is the perfect backdrop for the upscale shops that you’ll find here popular brands, as well as in-house boutiques. Browse Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Apple, Under Armour, Tiffany & Co, and H&M to name a few."
"The Mall at Millenia is a soaring, dazzling shopping venue that houses an impressive collection of couture designers, luxury retailers, and familiar department stores. Fashionistas love the exclusive stores and trendy boutiques, and there are plenty of eateries and full-service dining options, too."
"Located to the northeast in Orlando and just a few minutes away by car, Orlando Fashion Square can be your next stop if you want to do some light shopping. Regardless of whether you want to buy jewelry, or you’re looking for training shoes, this mall has got you covered. There are events held here every season and you can check out their movie theater as well."
"Now for the strangest mall in Orlando, the Fashion Square Mall over by Winter Park. This is by far the weirdest mall I’ve ever been to, and no matter what day or time you go, it’s always eerily empty. Aside from a couple of good staples, like a Macy’s and a Hot Topic, the mall consists almost entirely of off-brand stories, quick-service restaurants."
"Orlando Fashion Square can be found in Northeast Orlando, a stone’s throw from Orlando Executive Airport. Whether you’re searching for a pair of new trainers, some new jewelry or a spot of lunch, there’s always a wide choice available. Seasonal events are held at the mall and there’s also a movie theater."
"Located in downtown Winter Park, this shopping district is ideal for those who want a leisurely and authentic local shopping experience. This unique shopping experience combines fashion, fine dining, as well as art all in one. A cool, shaded park where art festivals and concerts are held make this quaint shopping district come alive."
"Central Florida’s shopping, dining, and cultural showcase, Park Avenue boasts more than 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums. This signature shopping street is bordered by stunning oak-canopied Central Park which plays host to seasonal art shows, concerts, exotic car shows, and fashion events."
"Waterford Lakes is relatively sprawling for a walkable, outdoor shopping center, and it could use some shade, but the "camouflaged" rock speakers piping in music as you stroll its sidewalks are a nice touch. The concentration of shopping, however â€" big-box operations like BestBuy, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Super Target, mall-staples that include Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, chain restaurants such as Five Guys Burgers, California Pizza Kitchen and Miller's Ale House, and even small, specialty food shops like Sweet! By Good Golly Miss Holly â€" makes it a natural one-stop venue for area residents looking to knock a few errands off at once and grab something to eat in the process. Interestingly, Waterford Lakes also hosts quite a few events, farmer's markets, carnivals and festivals, which can make your regular weekend visit into a more pleasant diversion than expected."
"The Boheme is a stylish and sophisticated spot on Orange Avenue that boasts an elegant setting with original artworks and modern décor for an upscale breakfast experience. The swanky eatery draws a crowd for early morning coffee and pastries, and long, languid mimosa and Bloody Mary-infused Sunday jazz brunches. The Grand Bohemian Sunday Brunch is a must with a delectable array of mouthwatering choices, including specialty chef’s stations, a la carte side items, and unlimited mimosas."
"Hotel: a delicious word that conjures crisp sheets, sleeping in, vacation. "Brunch" is another sleep-in kind of word. And when the accommodations in question are as top-tier as the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, then you know the brunch â€" in this case a Jazz Brunch at its acclaimed Boheme restaurant â€" is going to be something truly exceptional."
"Located at Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando, The Boheme is hosting an Easter Champagne Jazz Brunch with a wide range of entrees, gourmet family-style dishes, and tableside options, plus desserts and unlimited mimosas, coffee, tea, and sodas. Pricing: $74 per person. For more information visit website."
"They style themselves after contemporary cuisines with a modern feel and ingredients. All their dishes are made from scratch, and the chef features seasonal items. While The Strand doesn’t look extravagant from outside, customers will regret not visiting to try their menu."
"My beloved Strand closed for a few weeks, but this week they reopened with a brand new online ordering function to their website!. The ordering process was seamless and my order was waiting for me on their large communal table to take away with no contact."
