Start your trip off by taking a stroll through downtown Dallas. Visit the iconic Dealey Plaza, home of the JFK Assassination Memorial and Museum. Then, check out some of the local art galleries or take a tour of the Sixth Floor Museum, which houses JFK artifacts. Afterward, head to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden for a relaxing afternoon before ending the night at the Reunion Tower observation deck.

Day 2: Take A Trip To The Stockyards

Spend the morning getting an up-close look at Texas history with a visit to the Fort Worth Stockyards. Enjoy lunch at one of the many eateries in the area, then catch a rodeo show or visit the Cowtown Cattlepen Maze. Before heading back, make sure to stop at Billy Bob’s Country Western Store and pick up some souvenirs.

Day 3: Get Outdoors At White Rock Lake

Take a break from sightseeing and enjoy nature by visiting White Rock Lake. Rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the lake, or go for a hike on one of the trails. Afterwards, drive over to The Dallas Zoo for a fun family outing.

Day 4: Check Out The Arts District

Head over to the Dallas Arts District in the morning and explore the many museums, galleries, and performance venues. If you’re looking for something more interactive, take a walk through the Nasher Sculpture Center or visit the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. After four days of sightseeing and exploring, it’s time to relax. Spend the day at one of the cozy cabins near Dallas, such as Cedar Creek Lake Cabins or the East Fork Ranch. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while you take a dip in the lake or just sit back and watch the sunset.

Take a trip to the iconic Galleria Mall for some retail therapy. With over 200 stores, including high-end boutiques and department stores, you’ll find everything you need. Don’t forget to grab a bite at one of the food courts before heading back to your cabin for the night.
